Workout Update
I'm a few days behind. I have finally gone under 230. I'm currently at 229. Cardio had already gotten easier and I've begun to increase the intensity of my workouts.
On a separate note I've been play Call of Duty 4 and I'm up to level 18 and beginning to enjoy it more now that I'm getting some more challenges unlocked and getting more options for weapons. I just got the martyrdom option which drops a live grenade whenever you're killed. That's good for a couple of kills a round especially on close combat maps.
