Workout and Halo 3 Update 1-10-08

I'm down a pound I'm at 232. I did the normal lifting workout and then did 12 minutes on the elliptical. That ended up being 1 mile.

Breakfast: banana, yogurt

After what seemed like a month and probably was a full 3 weeks as a level 12 on Halo I finally made it to level 13.  I went +8, 0, +1, +2, +3, and finally +9 in kill to death ration to get there. I also had a beautiful double-kill with a sticky grenade thrown in.

Ran up the ramp and chunked the sticky grenade.

It landed on the end of the turret and took out both guys for a double-kill.

Wednesday

 

30 Minutes on the treadmill this morning and 15 on the elliptical. Total of a little of 3 miles between the two. Weight: 233.

The trip to Mom's killed me on the weight. I think Monday I was like 235 or 236.

Breakfast was yogurt, banana and milk again. I know you're only supposed to lose 2 lbs a week but I'd like to see 230 by the end of the week or first of next week.

I didn't take any pictures yesterday. I still trying to come up with some good ideas for photos. I guess some black and white shots of the kids and the dog would always work.

Tuesday January 8

Worked out at the gym this morning. Weights (234 lbs) and 15 minutes on the elliptical. I forgot to weigh though so don't know if I'm on my way to 222 or not.

Breakfast was yogurt (not very good yogurt either) a banana and milk. Lunch was a turkey and cheese sandwich and cheez-its.

I'm hoping the everyday cardio kicks in here pretty soon and the weight starts melting off.

I don't know that I would call these new year's resolutions but I guess they are:

I am currently at 234 my goal is to be at 200 by mid to late summer. I've been working out 3-5 days a week and have dropped two belt notches but no pounds yet. I guess that's what happens when you convert a lot of fat to muscle.

I also have a goal of taking pictures with my D200/D100 weekly if not more frequently. They're are some posts of my boys doing an indoor bungy jump from this weekend.

  • Weight: 234
  • Workout: 30 minutes on the elliptical and 15 on the bike, no weights today.
  • Food eaten this morning: peach yogurt, water and coffee.
  • Photos taken: none so far but the day is early.
