W84IT - My Auburn vanity tag (War Eagle)

I'd been trying to come up with a good 5 letter vanity tag, since the Auburn tags are limited to five letters. I had the option of going with my name NEILL but, I didn't really like that idea, not that there is anything wrong with my name and I couldn't get ENDER, the main character from my favorite book and also my dog's name. The closest I could come to was END3R. But on my drive home Tuesday I passed a tag that for some reason spawned the thought of Barney on how I Met Your Mother saying, "legen...wait for it, wait for it...dary." And a vanity tag was born.

I can also relate this to a couple of scriptures that I really like that mention waiting on the Lord. Psalms 40 (also a great song by U2) and Isaiah 40:31.

Halo 3 - Just got it

I just picked up my copy of Halo 3. Yes I know I'm a few days late but what can I say. I feel sorry for Collier since his 360 is still out for service.

I also picked up the guide, which looks incredible. Can't wait to get home and fire up the game and take it for a spin. Given that I wasn't a Halo or Halo 2 player I'm sure I'll have plenty of catching up to do against the boys at Ebsco and also my nephew Robbie who has been playing Halo 2 with his buddies.
