Great American Cross Country Festival

It became acutely aware to me this weekend while watching many a high school runner fly by while running their 5k races, that I've gotten way too fat. I was reminded of an old Nike ad that ran in runners world way back in the 80s:

It looks like I need to break out the running shoes cause that guy caught me.
