Catching Up

Well as you can see its been quite a while since I've posted anything to the site. I've been going through a job change. I love the new job and my coworkers are great. I'm hoping to have a new podcast up somtime this week. I usually do that during my lunch hour but I keep forgetting to take my headset with me. Look for new Balloon Glow photos soon also.

I had the priviledge of attending Dave Ramsey's Total Money Makerover Live! this past week (thanks Dad for babysitting!) and it was great. I've heard and read most of what Dave had to say at the event but it was encouraging to be among so many people that want to live totally debt free. My wife and I just paid off our mini-van (yes I have one) and we're on our way to paying off my car in the very near future. Its a very liberating experience and is having wonderful affect on my spiritual life. Provers 20:7 says, The rich ruleth over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender. I've recently started reading and re-reading proverbs, which has plenty of money advice and also taken a keener interest in the parable of the talents.
