Workout and Halo 3 Update 1-10-08

I'm down a pound I'm at 232. I did the normal lifting workout and then did 12 minutes on the elliptical. That ended up being 1 mile.

Breakfast: banana, yogurt

After what seemed like a month and probably was a full 3 weeks as a level 12 on Halo I finally made it to level 13.  I went +8, 0, +1, +2, +3, and finally +9 in kill to death ration to get there. I also had a beautiful double-kill with a sticky grenade thrown in.

Ran up the ramp and chunked the sticky grenade.

It landed on the end of the turret and took out both guys for a double-kill.
