Tuesday January 8

Worked out at the gym this morning. Weights (234 lbs) and 15 minutes on the elliptical. I forgot to weigh though so don't know if I'm on my way to 222 or not.

Breakfast was yogurt (not very good yogurt either) a banana and milk. Lunch was a turkey and cheese sandwich and cheez-its.

I'm hoping the everyday cardio kicks in here pretty soon and the weight starts melting off.
