I don't know that I would call these new year's resolutions but I guess they are:
I am currently at 234 my goal is to be at 200 by mid to late summer. I've been working out 3-5 days a week and have dropped two belt notches but no pounds yet. I guess that's what happens when you convert a lot of fat to muscle.
I also have a goal of taking pictures with my D200/D100 weekly if not more frequently. They're are some posts of my boys doing an indoor bungy jump from this weekend.

I also have a goal of logging all of these at least every other day.
- Weight: 234
- Workout: 30 minutes on the elliptical and 15 on the bike, no weights today.
- Food eaten this morning: peach yogurt, water and coffee.
- Photos taken: none so far but the day is early.
